<br/><br/> A former social worker (now in a new career) goes undercover to see what it is like being a social worker today in a child protection unit. He discovers that his area office is understaffed, so there are too many cases to handle and also that there is too much paperwork for each case. Later this unit decides to close many cases so the caseload is more bearable for each social worker, but will this move leave some children unprotected?
