<p>Mokhesi-Parker was born in Sharpeville and was a student at the University of Witwatersrand, Ruskin and Le Trobe University.  She has been Acting General of South Africa's Commerical Catering and Allied Women's Union and addressed to UN General Assembly and the European Parlaiment as part of the Campaign to save the Lives of the Sharpeville 6. </p>
