<p>Albert Mills is a former student of Ruskin College. He left school at 15 but in his early twenties returned to study at Ruskin. He went on to study at the Universities of Durham and Sheffield, and became the Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Athabasca University in Alberta, Canada. He is now a Professor at the Sobey School of Business, Saint Mary's University, Canada.</p>
